Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Platinum Insurance collects through this website and what we do with it. It covers the website only, not the separate privacy notices of the insurance carriers we place coverage with.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number, contact preference and message you provide. If you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address. We also record when an email address is entered into the contact form so we can follow up if the form is not completed.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and prepare quotes.
• To send you the marketing emails you opted into, and nothing else.
• To follow up on an incomplete quote request.

We do not sell your information. We share it with insurance carriers only as needed to quote or place the coverage you asked for.

Marketing and opting out

Marketing email is opt-in. Every marketing message carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply to any message or contact us directly to be removed. Opting out of marketing does not affect messages about a policy or quote you requested.

Anti-bot and analytics

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Turnstile processes limited technical information from your browser for that purpose.

Retention and security

We keep submissions for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Data is stored with access restricted to the people who need it.

Your choices
